Place your order

Choose the keepsake or custom piece you’d like and complete the corresponding order form with all the details needed to get started. Once your form is received and reviewed, I’ll reach out to confirm your order and answer any questions.

Reserve your creation spot

Once your order is confirmed, your deposit reserves your spot in the creation queue. You’ll receive access to the queue so you can follow along with your scheduled production month and order status.

Send your items, if applicable

If your order requires clothing, fabric, or another personal item, please don’t send anything right away! I’ll reach out before your production month with instructions for getting your items to me. You’ll have the option to ship them to my Northern CT mailing address or schedule a local handoff with me at one of my designated public meeting locations.

Orders that don’t require customer-provided items can simply skip this step!

Creation & getting it home

When it’s time to begin, I’ll confirm your order details before cutting or creating. Once your piece is complete, I’ll send photos and your final invoice.

Finished orders can be shipped directly to you, with shipping added to your final invoice, or handed off at one of my designated locations in Enfield, Ellington, Agawam, or East Longmeadow.
