Place Your Order
Visit the Order a Keepsake page and select the option that best fits what you’d like created. Each order form walks you through the details I’ll need. If you have a special request that isn’t listed, please use the Contact page. I’m always happy to help create something meaningful.

Send Your Clothing
Once I receive your order form or inquiry, I’ll be in touch within 48 hours with next steps and mailing or drop-off details. Because the clothing you provide is irreplaceable and deeply sentimental, it serves as collateral to hold your place in my creation queue. No upfront payment is required. For projects that do not include customer-provided clothing, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Follow the Creation Queue
You’ll receive access to a private Google Sheet where you can view your place in line at any time. Before I begin creating your keepsake, I’ll reach out to confirm all details one last time and provide an estimated completion timeframe.

Your Keepsake Heads Home
Once your keepsake is finished, I’ll send you photos for approval and confirm pickup or shipping details. Payment is due at this time. I accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, or card payment via emailed invoice. Tracking information will be provided once your keepsake is on its way home.
